HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 - Introduction
A representative from The Golden Group will meet you to discuss the basics of your pre-foreclosure or foreclosure situation. This includes understanding the payment status of the mortgage and taxes. Additionally, we’ll gather sale prices for similar properties in the area and consider if repairs and improvements could increase your potential sale price.
Step 2 - Analyze
We’ll confirm your financials and complete a title search against the property to check for debt payoff amounts. We’ll discuss findings with you and, if we can help, there are no upfront costs to proceed. The Golden Group can prepare the property for sale, plus coordinate and cover any short term fees to sell – including repairs, improvements, or other legal and professional services.
Step 3 -Sell
When your property is sold, The Golden Group will be reimbursed for any accrued upfront costs, along with a standard real estate commission.
