HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 - Assess
A representative from The Golden Group will meet you at your home to discuss the basics of your mortgage and payment status. Additionally, we’ll evaluate sale prices for similar homes in the area and consider what repairs and improvements could increase your potential sale price.
Step 2 - Analyze
We’ll confirm your financials and complete a title search against the property to check for debt payoff amounts. If we can help, there are no upfront costs to you. The Golden Group will pay any overdue mortgage payments, keep paying your monthly mortgage until the house is sold, and cover any fees to sell the house – including repairs and improvements.
Step 3 -Sell
When your home is sold, The Golden Group will be reimbursed for any money loaned for mortgage payments, fees, or repair costs. We will also receive a standard real estate commission from the home sale and a share of any sale profits. This amount would be based on the risk involved to prevent the foreclosure proceedings.
